Shekuthi is a listing-only static directory.
Users browse without registration and contact providers directly. Shekuthi does not run checkout, orders, payments, delivery dispatch, booking, or service tracking.
1. Public use
Public users can search, filter, select listed items or services, copy an inquiry message, and contact providers by call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Public users do not need an account.
2. Provider rules
Vendors, drivers, and skilled workers must submit true public details, keep contact information current, follow applicable laws, and avoid unlawful pricing, prohibited goods, unsafe services, or misleading claims.
3. Verified badge
A verified badge requires physical verification. Government registered documents, licences, permits, credentials, certificates, or authorizations are needed wherever applicable to the provider type.
4. Direct contact and user responsibility
Users should verify identity, availability, price, rate, location, timing, safety, and legal compliance directly before buying, hiring, paying, or accepting any service.
5. Moderators
Moderators help verify providers, check documents, record notes, and report issues. Shekuthi needs moderators for every block. Volunteer requests go through the contact page.
6. Platform limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shekuthi is not liable for provider conduct, false provider information, off-platform calls, messages, transactions, payments, refunds, delivery, injury, losses, or service outcomes.
7. Privacy and legal review
The privacy policy explains the low-data static model. A local lawyer should review final production wording before accepting real listings, complaints, or privacy requests.
