Offline registration
Download a format, fill it, then send it to admin or moderator.
Shekuthi uses read-only static HTML listings. No online provider area, online form, order, payment, or service-tracking feature is needed.
Offline verification rule
A listing may be marked Verified only after the provider brings signed paper documentation, the district moderator checks the relevant trade licence, licence, permit, credential, or authorization, and all required parties sign the offline record.
Moderators should be available district-wise to make verification practical for providers in Nagaland. The moderator should write the district, date, checked documents, verification status, and notes on the offline form.
Listings for providers still in the unorganised sector may be published only as Unverified where the admin allows it. Unverified listings must not use the verified badge and should clearly tell users to verify details directly before dealing with the provider.
Best data.js publishing format
After approval, moderators and admins should use the internal reference format kept outside the public website.
The admin assigns the unique ID, checks the final public details, and pastes the listing object into public/data.js.
Do not add forms, payment buttons, checkout, service tracking, or server calls to the public listing flow.
